Gordion Medical Import Export, distributors for a number of sports medical products in Australia wanted to introduce the revolutionary new product - IceFeel - to the Australian market.
IceFeel is a self-contained, self-cooling colc compression bandage created for sportspeople. The product was so unique, it required a whole website of its own. IceFeel is unlike anything before it, hence its website needed to provide detailed information on what it does and how it works.
The major development of the site was in the password protected distributor and administration areas. There is a section where the distributors can access technical data, marketing material and detailed product information such as approvals and certificates. For the business owners and administrators, there is a full-blown CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system, that allows records to be kept on distributors, wholesalers, retailers and other end users, as well as all commmunication that has taken place and any samples and orders that were requested. It also manages communication reminders for the administrators.
The website has ensured that the business owners and administrators do not let any customers, opportunities and requests to slip through the cracks.
