Express Commission provides a factoring service to the Real Estate Industry, helping agencies and salespersons achieve a more controlled cashflow, giving them an upfront cash advance on earned but unreceived commissions.

The website needed to serve three distinct purposes:

  1. Marketing the service.
  2. Enable agencies and salespersons to view their service status and financial standing.
  3. Provide Express Commission with detailed administration facilities to manage the entire operation online.

The website provides a good set of information about the service and how it works. There is a Resource Centre that encourages regular visits to the website, by becoming a portal of useful information for those in the industry. Participation and submission of new information is welcome. A regular newsletter is sent to approximately 25,000 subscribers fortnightly to also help with the marketing, interaction and recognition.

Registered agencies and salespersons can login at anytime to manage their details, view their applications and financial standing as far as this service goes. New applications can be lodged with minimal fuss.

All the content within the website can be managed by the administrators via a custom built Content Management System. Express Commission can track in detail the groups of users, individuals and the status of any cash that is advanced. The administration colsole also makes it easy to manage the entire Resource Centre and the Newsletter publishing system. The site has its own custom built newsletter mailout engine.
